Do you need a special Food Handling license? I am starting my own confectionary business and want to know what official licences I need to sell food.
you need to check you local licenses and inspection office. yes normally if you are dealing with anything which may be ingested, coffee, tea, food, candy you will need some type of food handling license. Your town may blanket all types of handling into one license or they may specify by business type. You have to check. And you may also need certification in safe food handling as well.
