Lyrics
Its a rainy afternoon
In 1990
The big city geez its been 20 years-
Candy-you were so fine
Beautiful beautiful
Girl from the north
You burned my heart
With a flickering torch
I had a dream that no one else could see
You gave me love for free
Candy, candy , candy I cant let you go
All my life youre haunting me
I loved you so
Candy, candy , candy I cant let you go
Life is crazy
Candy baby
Yeah, well it hurt me real bad when you left
Im glad you got out
But I miss you
Ive had a hole in my heart
For so long
Ive learned to fake it and
Just smile along
Down on the street
Those men are all the same
I need a love
Not games
Not games
Candy, candy, candy I cant let you go
All my life youre haunting me
I loved you so
Candy, candy , candy I cant let you go
Life is crazy
I know baby
Candy baby
Uou uou uou
Candy, candy, candy I cant let you go
All my life youre haunting me
I loved you so
Candy candy candy
Life is crazy
Candy baby
Candy baby,
Candy, candy

I am trying to sell candy at school to buy some 45.00 Coogi Pants. I know you have to spend money to make money but I do not want to spend too much. I have an idea, where I can get a pencil box ( plastic container) and put the candy in there and sell, and when people get there candy I will put it in a plastic bag… Am I doing too much, Have any better ideas?
Many schools are clamping down on candy and junk food at school, also on students selling stuff on the premises, so first be sure it is ok for students to sell stuff, specifically candy, if it is not a school organization’s fundraiser.
People are pinching pennies these days, so if you are buying at a retail store, chances are that you cannot mark up the candy enough to really make any money. You’d be better off finding neighbors, etc, who need a babysitter, someone to help put up holiday decorations, wash/detail cars, rake leaves, and other sorts of services. You could be making enough to put away hundreds (even thousands) for college, not just one pair of pants.

I want to know how to make cotton candy(candy floss) by your own not loosing to much money.
Things You’ll Need:
Pink coloring
Baking spray
Flavored oil
1 cup of water
5 cups of 100% sugar
1 cup of corn syrup
A whisk
Wire cutters
2 wooden spoons
1 garbage bag
Large pot
Glass bowl
Candy thermometer
Step 1:
Grab a garbage bag and cut it down the middle. Place it on your kitchen floor to avoid any mess. Place two wooden spoons on the counter and lean them off the counter a bit.
Step 2:
Cut the end off of the whisk. Space out each piece of metal so that they all have equal areas between each other.
Step 3:
Put all of the corn syrup, sugar and water into a pot and place on the stove under medium heat. Cook the mix to 320 Fahrenheit, and then remove it from the stove top.
Step 4:
Pour the mix immediately into a glass bowl. Rinse out the pot you used to cook the cotton candy mix in, so it does not keep cooking and burn your pan.
Step 5:
Dip your whisk into the hot cotton candy mixture and let it drain off for a bit. Stand above the two wooden spoons and wave the whisk over the spoons quickly. Keep doing this back and forth and the cotton candy mix will become flossy and fluffy.
Im vegan, and am not sure if candy canes contain gelatin, and there not in stores yet (shock) for me to check myself, and the peppermint extract contains alcohol. I have a stomach disorder and cannot consume any alcohol. Im looking to use this in cocoa, not baking so it wouldnt boil the alcohol off.
Is there any other options?
How about a very small amount of peppermint essential oil?
Ingredients
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
3/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
red food coloring
Instructions
Cook sugar, corn syrup, water, and cream of tartar to a very hard ball stage (use candy thermometer: 250 to 265 degrees F.). Remove from heat and add peppermint. Divide into two parts and add red coloring to one part and mix well. Pull pieces of each part to form ropes and twist red around the white to make candy canes.
Yield: 1 dozen

I have several old-fashioned metal candy molds (Easter Bunnies, etc.) Have never used them to make candy. Molds are flat with 12 bunnies per side. A lollipop stick is inserted at the bottom of each candy.
Do I need to do anything special in using them? Grease the molds? Any help or tips would be appreciated.
I usually spray mine with cooking spray before pouring in the chocolate…
